Monsters this card points to on the field lose 500 ATK, except Cyberse monsters. During your Main Phase, if this card is in the Extra Monster Zone: You can move this card to an unused Main Monster Zone on your field, but it cannot attack that turn. You can target monsters on the field and/or in any GY(s), up to the number of Link Monsters Co-linked with this card (Quick Effect), then return them to the Deck, and if you do, if any of those monsters are returned to the Main Deck; those monsters' controllers/owners draw the same number of cards. This effect can only be used a number of times while this card is face-up on the field, up to the number of Cyberse Link Monsters currently Co-linked with it.

This card is the Fusion (without being a Fusion) of Firewall Dragon and Decode Talker. It keeps the effects of Decode Talker and Firewall Dragon that deal with ATK and returning monsters on the field to other places, except it makes other monsters lose ATK and it returns monsters to the Deck instead of the hand, but the controllers or owners of any of those monsters gets to draw cards up to the number of their monsters returned to their Deck. Also, just to help out its friends in the Extra Deck, it can move itself to the Main Monster Zone, but it cannot attack that turn.

I love it, one issue though, that last effect needs to say when summoned or something since the number of Cyberse monsters this card can point to can and most likely will change.

The effect can only be activated while Decode MAX is in a Mutual Link (when 2 or more Link Monsters' Link Markers point to each other), so if there is no Cyberse Link Monster with Link Markers pointing to Decode MAX's Link Markers or any others in that Mutual Link, the effect will either be greatly reduced in what it can do, or it won't be able to be activated.
