Arbiter's Grounds
Trap Card
Type: Continuous

If this card is activated: You can target 1 "Grave" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. Monsters in the Graveyards or banished that were not sent there from the field cannot be moved to a different place, except by this card's effect.

 

Yeah, I have had this floodgate effect in mind for a long time by now, and decided to post it for once. I added the revival effect to make it something more than a plain floodgate, and flavor-wise the monster represents the "arbiter", or judge, who watches over the grave and other dimensions a.k.a. banished monsters, although, needless to say, in reality it's the Trap Card itself what holds the lock. I went for "Grave" as keyword because it can be associated to the Trap's grave-locking effect, as an indirect support for Gravekeeper's who already have a stun theme, and also to make it compatible with funny targets like Grave Ohja, Grave Protector, etc. Although the effect makes the card stoppable or removable by stuff like Solemn Warning and Snow Rabbit.

Also note how unlike other revival Continuous Traps like CotH, Oasis, etc. the revived monster isn't bound to the Trap Card in any way, nor vice-versa.

Admittedly, I took inspiration for the name from the dungeon of Zelda's Twilight Princess, Arbiter's Ground, which has an undead theme and thus is somewhat fitting of this card's revival + floodgate effect.
