Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up Spell/Trap Card on the field; attach it to this card as Xyz Material. It doesn't destroy like Tornado Dragon but in exchange it gets +400 ATK, it can still pseudo-negate Continuous Spell/Traps and Field Spells, snatch Pendulum Monsters in the S/T Zones and ultimately make them go to the grave when they are detached, prevent certain Spell/Traps like True Draco's from floating, and as a generic Rank4 Spellcaster it can make silly techs like Secret Village and Magician's Left/Right Hands live.
