Junk Raver Posted April 20, 2008 Report Share Posted April 20, 2008 You should be asking me; It was me who produced the no attachments rule. Just take note of these points;  1. The no attachments rule is for 'realistic cards' ONLY (unless other mods have implemented it yet i dont believe they have to my knowledge). 2. It was introduced because of several reasons. a) members hate clicking on cards and waiting for ages for the card to load, then having to repeat the process over and over again.b) Like 90% of threads with attached cards got very very very few ratings and they just fell down the pages without ever been noticed.c) It forces members to learn the process of using IMG tags which are more helpful and used across the internet.d) YCMaker actually made a card uploader on the maker, disallowing attachments for the section will get more people to use it, and put his hard work to good use.e) its overall better to use IMG tags, and quicker.f) it will make more people aware that rules will be enforced now.  ^_^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
