Effect: Unaffected by other Spell Cards. While this card is face-up on the field: Switch controls of both player's hand, field, and Graveyard, except this card.

Card is unfair, and reminds me of "Struggling Battle". You can just hold it until you are low on resources and/or the opponent is getting the upper hand, and then play it for a complete reversal. Another trick that comes to mind, and that conveniently sets this card up, it's Left Arm Offering: Place at least 1 card on board, play Offering, banishing your entire hand, and search for this card and play it right away to take everything your opponent has while giving him/her just that 1 card. I can't really say it's the fault of Offering in this case because that card on its own is rather costly; it's just that this card happens to take advantage of the penalty.
