Target 1 "lswarm" monster in your GY; Special Summon it, and if you do, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "lswarm" monster from your Deck or GY in face-up Attack Position or face-down Defense Position, also, if the targeted monster is an Xyz Monster, attach 1 "Infestation" Spell/Trap Card from your GY to it as an Xyz Material. Monsters Special Summoned by this effect can activate their effects during either player's turn. You can only activate 1 "Infestation Outbreak" per turn.
 

I first posted this in the "Support an archetype" game but I recently made some tweaks and decided to bring it to this section for comments and stuff. Also I will go for Black's approach of writing the design notes/intent in spoilers to give the reader a first impression on the card; let's see if that has an effect in the reviewers and the reviews, if any.

While it is a power card since it's a x2 Summon, considering it's for Verz (using the OCG name because I find "lswarm" awkward), a rather straightforward archetype that has been outpowercreeped, even more now that Links monsters are a thing and are unaffected by Ophion, IMO they can get away with something like this. It's searchable by Ophion, and can be used to bring said Ophion back after you lose it and re-establish your lock. The extra Summon is to give the card more value, and also take advantage of their forgettable Flip monsters. But it's the last effect what I find more exciting about the card: not only it lets you use the effects of the Rank4 Verz as Quick effects and make plays like stealing a monster during the opponent's turn with Bahamut, or using Ophion's detach effect in response to an effect that would remove it, also it makes maindeck Verz like O'lantern, Ketos and even Golem for certain matchups, more valuable. It can also get interesting with Kerykeion's acquired ability of Normal Summoning a Verz during the opponent's turn. Since the second revival effect can Summon from the grave as well, 1 copy of O'lantern and Ketos in the maindeck should suffice... unless you banish them for Kerykeion xD

So even if the Flips may still remain overshadowed by O'lantern and Ketos, they still remain as an option.
