If this card is Special Summoned: you can send 1 "Melodious" monster from your Deck to the GY; Add 1 "Melodious" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can Special Summon 1 "Melodious" monster from your hand/GY to a zone this card points to. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: you can Fusion Summon 1 "Melodious" Fusion monster from your Extra Deck by banishing Fusion Materials listed on it from your Graveyard, including this card. You can only use each effect of "Melodious Maestra Tchaikova" once per turn.

 

Melodious like being Special Summoned, and this card lets them do exactly that. It also gives Solo (the Spell) and Solo (the monster) (10/10 NAMING KONAMI) more utility as being link material, while also being value lategame by using 1 copy to make another and then making any of the Fusions (since she uses her name anyway). Set up your Grave and search at the same time, so that your mats are in the right place when you need them. Making the summon hard OPT allows for some form of long game without getting into the obscene territory. It's not hard to get 2 Melodious out, but it used to be hard to do things with them besides make the lock. While this helps the lock to some degree, it also lets the rest of the monsters shine by allowing them to get their Special Summon triggers off.
