Alright I see what you're doing here, but I think searching any Normal Spell is a bit inaccurate of what you want.

 

• For starters, obvious instant fusion target is obvious. The fact that you acknowledged Trickstars exist gives me faith in humanity.
• Searching ANY Normal Spell is going to be exploited, no matter what the card is asking for. I would have it search similar to how Dark Magician support cards are searched, and go for searching the card text. Not sure what encompasses them all, but I hope you find out.
• Might be beneficial to have the Fusion materials as 2 FIRE monsters or 2 Pyro monsters. usually Pyro monsters are just FIRE monsters anyway,
• Might want to go for a more defensively strong monster so that you can focus on burn damage.

If you want you could probably make it a Warrior monster and reference Flame Swordsman, but might be a reach.
