If "Pot of Desires" was activated this turn: You can look at the face-down banished cards banished to activate that card, then shuffle them all into the Deck, and if you do, follow  that "Pot of Desires" text as if you had use it your self. If you don´t like what you banished because of "Pot of Desires", keep applying this effect until you feel satisfied with what you banish vs what you draw. You can only activate 1 "1 Turn Refund" per turn.

sooo let's assume that you have a 40cards deck, u go 1st and Pot of Desires and this card are in your hand (or u draw it with Desires):

activate Pot of Desires -> cards in hand: 6, Deck remaining cards: 23

activate 1 Turn Refund -> cards in hand: 7, Deck remaining cards: 21

apply again the eff of 1 Turn Refund -> cards in hand: 9, Deck remaining cards: 19

 

If you keep repeating this, you will end up having:

27 cards in your hand, 2 cards in your GY (Desires and this), 10 banished face-down cards and 1 remaining card in your Deck. Excellent job!!

Actually my intention was to return the cards you draw as well to repeat the process but i gues it doesnt matter that much lol
