Effect: This card can be Ritual Summoned using "Nanovirus Deletion". Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects, also neither player takes battle damage in battles involving this card. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls, once each. If this card attacks or is attacked: You can discard 1 card; randomly discard 1 card from your opponent's hand, and if it is a monster, send cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the GY equal to the number of Levels that discarded monster had.

Ritual Spell Card

Effect: This card can be used to Ritual Summon any Thunder Ritual Monsters. You must also Tribute face-up monsters in your hand or field, whose total Levels are equal or more than the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. After you Ritual Summon a Ritual Monster using this card: You can Normal Summon 1 Thunder monster from your hand this turn in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) If this card is in your GY: You can shuffle this card and 2 Thunder monsters in your GY into your Deck, including 1 "Nanotech Nanotechnician". You can only use this effect of "Nanovirus Deletion" once per turn.

I suspect something is wrong with the Level: with those stats I would expect a Level4, or at least Level8 so you can use multiples of Hunders and Batterymen AAA and 9-Volt. Also, would be cool if the Ritual Spell included the name of the monster so they become searchable by Pre-Preparations; keep in mind the name can be on a secondary effect, taking the Vendread Ritual Spell as example.

As for the effects, they look good to me. The Ritual Monster is resilient but cannot inflict any damage and the discard effect is a 1-for-1 so it should be fair, while the second effect of the Spell goes well with the swarmy playstyle of Hunders and Batteries.
