Dragulas Posted September 8, 2017 Report Share Posted September 8, 2017 Why the summon effect is once per DUEL? not even if it were from GY also should be a reason to that, hard OPT is more than fine, and because it says when the card can miss timing and wont be able to trigger if you banish for the summon (or te effect that summons) a water monster.
