Dystopian Government - Book Burner Level 4 / Fire / Warrior / 1400 attack / 1200 defense You can special summon this card by sending the top 3 cards from your opponent’s deck to the graveyard. You can banish 2 cards from your opponent’s graveyard, and if you do, you can activate 1 of these effectsthis card’s attack points by 200 for each card banished by this effect. Inflict 300 damage for each card banished by this effect You can only use each effect of this card once per turn. Dystopian Government - Thought Cop Level 4 / Fire / Warrior / 1800 attack / 1400 defense Cannot be normal summoned/set. You can discard this card from your hand, send the top 4 cards of your opponent’s deck to the graveyard. You can banish 2 cards from your opponent’s graveyard, special summon this card from the graveyard. You can special summon “DG - Thought Cop” once per turn by this effect. Dystopian Government - Mech-HoundLevel 2 / Fire / Tuner / Machine / 1000 attack / 1000 defense If you control a face-up “Dystopian Government” monster you can special summon this card from your hand or graveyard, and if you do, this card’s attack and defense become 0 until the end phase of this turn. If used for the synchro summon of a “Dystopian Government” monster you can treat this and all other materials as level 3 monsters. You can only special summon 1 “Mech-Hound” with this effect per turn. Dystopian Government - Hover-Drone Level 2 / Fire / Tuner / Machine / 500 attack / 500 defense If there are 4 or more banished cards total, you can special summon this card from your hand. If this card is in your graveyard, you can banish 1 card from your’s and your opponent’s graveyard, and if you do, special summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field unless it is used for the synchro summon of a “Dystopian Government” monster. If used for the synchro summon of a “Dystopian Government” monster you can treat this and all other materials as level 3 monsters. You can only special summon “Hover-Drone” once per turn with each of these effects. Dystopian Government - Party Politician Level 6 / Fire / Warrior / 2000 attack / 2000 defense If there are 5 or more banished cards total, you can special summon this card from your hand or graveyard once per turn. This card cannot be used as XYZ material. This card gains 100 attack and defense for every banished card. If you would synchro summon with this card, you can banish 1 monster from your opponent’s graveyard as 1 of the synchro materials. You can only synchro summon with this card once per turn. Dystopian Government - Party ChairmanLevel 7 / Fire / Warrior / 2400 attack / 2000 defense If there are 5 or more banished cards total, you can special summon this card from your hand. This card cannot be used as XYZ material. This card gains 100 attack and defense for every banished card. If you would synchro summon with this card, you can target 1 banished monster from either player’s banished zone to the graveyard, and if you do, you can use that monster for that synchro summon. You can only synchro summon with this card once per turn. Dystopian Government - Big Brother Level 6 / Synchro / Fire / Warrior / 2500 attack / 2100 defense1 Tuner + 1 Non-Tuner “Dystopian Government” monsterMust first be synchro summoned. When this card is synchro summoned, send the top 7 cards from your opponent’s deck to the graveyard. You can banish 4 cards from your opponent’s graveyard, and if you do, reveal the top 5 cards of your opponent’s deck, then banish 2 cards from among those cards. You can only use each effect of “Dystopian Government - Big Brother” once per turn. You can only control 1 “Dystopian Government - Big Brother”. Dystopian Government - Bigger BrotherLevel 9 / Synchro / Fire / Warrior / 2800 attack / 2500 defense 1 “Dystopian Government” Tuner + 2 Non-Tuners Must first be synchro summoned. This card cannot be targeted by card effects. When this card is synchro summoned, send the top 7 cards from your opponent’s deck to the graveyard. You can banish 1 card from both you and your opponent’s graveyard, then activate each of these effects. Draw 2 cards then discard 1 cardSpecial summon 1 non-synchro “Dystopian Government” monster from your graveyard. You can only use each effect of “Dystopian Government - Bigger Brother” once per turn. You can only control 1 “Dystopian Government - Bigger Brother”. Dystopian Government - Biggest Brother Level 12 / Synchro / Fire / Warrior / 3000 attack / 2900 defense 1 “Dystopian Government” Tuner + 3 Non-Tuners, one of which originally belonged to your opponentMust first be synchro summoned. This card cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent’s card effects. When this card is synchro summoned, send the top 7 cards from your opponent’s deck to the graveyard. You can banish 4 cards from your opponent’s graveyard, then you can reveal the top 4 cards from the top of your deck; add any “Dystopian Government” or “Governmental Policy” cards to your hand that were revealed by this effect. You can only use each effect of “Dystopian Government - Biggest Brother” once per turn. You can only control 1 “Dystopian Government - Biggest Brother”. Governmental Policy - Selective Hiring Spell - Normal Activate by banishing 1 monster from your opponent’s graveyard while you have a “Dystopian Government” monster in your graveyard. Add 1 “Dystopian Government” monster from your deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 “Governmental Policy - Selective Hiring” per turn. Governmental Surveillance Spell - Continuous Whenever a card is sent to the graveyard by the effect of a “Dystopian Government” monster, card’s with the sent card’s name cannot activate their effects until the end phase of your opponent’s next turn. Governmental Policy - Invasive Viewing Spell - Continuous Activate by controlling a face-up “Dystopian Government” synchro monster. Skip the end phase of your opponent’s turn. Any effect that would activate and resolve during the end phase is negated. If you do not control a face-up “Dystopian Government” synchro monster, banish this card. Governmental Policy - Taxation Gains Spell - Quickplay During the end phase of the turn in which this card is activated, you can reveal cards equal to the total number of times a “Dystopian Government” monster’s effect sent cards from your opponent’s deck to the graveyard. Add any “Dystopian Government” and “Governmental Policy” cards among the revealed cards to your hand, then shuffle the rest into the deck. This card cannot be activated during either players end phase. Governmental Policy - Complete Control Spell - Continuous Activate only while you control “Big Brother”, “Bigger Brother”, and “Biggest Brother”. Your opponent cannot normal or special summon monsters or target any card on your field with card effects. You can only control 1 “Complete Control” per duel.
