Performapal Miracle Mirrabbit
EARTH
Lv. 4
Scale 2
Beast/Pendulum/Effect
If there is another "Performapal" or "Odd-Eyes" card in the Pendulum Zone: You can destroy this card, and if you do, add 1 face-up "Performapal" or "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand. You can only use the Pendulum Effect of "Performapal Miracle Mirrabbit" once per turn.
-----
During either player's turn, when a card or effect that would change the ATK of a monster is activated that targets exactly 1 monster on the field (and no other cards): You can activate this effect; that card/effect now targets this card. During your Battle Phase: You can target 1 other "Performapal" or "Odd-Eyes" monster you control; it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn, but monsters with a level equal to or lower than that target's level (if any) cannot attack the turn this effect is activated (this is a Quick Effect).

-----
If you control a "Performapal" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand), but you cannot Special Summon Pendulum Monsters from your hand for the rest of this turn, except by Pendulum Summon. During the End Phase, if this card was destroyed this turn: Draw 1 card.

-----
When this card is Pendulum Summoned: You can banish this card, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Odd-Eyes" monster from your hand or GY. While this card is in face-up defense position, other "Odd-Eyes" monsters you control cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects.

[spoiler=Thoughts]Basic idea here is that I took two of the pals whose lack of release was strange... And card bird because memes. I wanted to change them in a way that actually benefitted the deck, especially in the modern day, without being cards that didn't make sense in the original context.

I'm unsure about the "nerf" to rabbit's double attack, because I can't recall if he ever had more monsters than Rabbit + Odd-Eyes to use that effect with, but whatever. The redirection effect is unchanged.

Rabbit's P-Effect is due to me realizing that I really wished I had an exploding Scale 1/2, similar to Lizardraw. I considered making Duck Dealer into a second Lizardraw, but he was Scale 4, so that didn't work, nevermind that having 2 cards with the Lizardraw effect rubbed me a little wrong.

So, I made it something that made sense in the modern era. You can plop it down next to Guitartle (or card bird shh) to draw a card while getting a card back, allowing you to amass advantage without being hindered by the EMZ. Sure, this goes to the ED, but it's a relatively minor card on the board, because the double attack is mostly a meme/for Odd-Eyes kill turns. I figure it's a 2-of, similar to U Go Golem in utility.

I also made it a more open ended Lizardraw condition, to reference the "Mirror" part of its name. As in mirror match.

Card Bird's monster effect is basically the same as the anime, but with a little clause to keep it from outclassing Radish Horse. May have been a bad idea to make them asynergetic.

The draw in EP effect is strong, theoretically, but I'm unsure if it actually necessitates a OPT. Left it open ended for now, considering Darksoul ruling means you'd need 3 copies to get 3 draws. It's also slow, so there's that.

Scale effect just feels like a somewhat updated Guitartle. Not entirely, neither outclasses nor falters in the face of the other, but the general card has better utility, and the syenrgy with Lizardraw is still there. Not to mention the synergy with sorc/Sky Iris (as you generally dispose of Guitartle after it gives you a quick draw), which has the added benefit of rewarding you for destroying it, as well.

This definitely felt like it needed a hard OPT, because shifting scales is E Z P Z and destruction is fairly easy as well.

Finally, Priest's P-Effect steals from D/D Lamia, but I felt like Odd-Eyes needed an effect like that. It has the ability to be a card that simply removes itself, but it will most likely add something back from ED, which means it's just a +1 scale 1, which is honestly fine considering it needs setup to actually get said +1.

The effect on PS uis buffed from the anime.

A. It had to be summoned in ATK.

B. It could only get Pendulum "Odd-Eyes".

C. It could only revive them from the Grave.

I don't think it's too strong, even as is, especially considering that revolution exists to revive the more potent examples. Just good utility.

I felt like this wasn't quite enough, though, so I gave it an effect befitting a priest. A protective chant. Considered making it just targetting, but it's a largely battle reliant archetype, so I figured destruction prevention was fair, too. It's easy to remove, after all.

It also means you have some niche synergy with Card Gardna if that's your thing, i dunno.

I could have done more, but I felt like this was a nice stopping point.
