Dragulas Posted October 4, 2017 Report Share Posted October 4, 2017 Quick-Play Spell CardTake 1 "Armed Dragon Catapult Cannon" from your Extra Deck and erase that part of text where it states the materials need to be Summoned during the duel (with Liquid Paper or something) and Special Summon it anyways, ignoring its Summoning conditions, and if it was during your turn, it can activate its effects during that turn anyway.
