Atypical-Abbie Posted October 8, 2017 Report Share Posted October 8, 2017 Recently made a Weather Painter Deck, and got inspired to make some Fairy support. It's generic for any Fairy Deck really, though it really shine in Weather Painter, as they are all Level 3 (well except for one). They also have slight trouble getting more monsters on the field as well, so this card helps with that. It's a Tuner, so you can perform Synchro Summons if that's your thing. It helps them reset them zone placements. They are able to dodge the return all together, and you still get this monster, though you probably want to avoid that since you lose out on the most important effect if you do that. You can target 1 Fairy monster you control, except “Harp Harmonizer”; Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, return that monster to your hand. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 Fairy monster from your hand with the same Level as the monster you returned to the hand, but with a different name, then if you control no other monsters, you can Special Summon 1 other Fairy monster with the same Level as that monster from your hand.
