*Imagine something like a child vanity's fiend for artwork

A hand trap kinda like Mxx c and droll and Lock bird combined (in a way), provides the latter locking aspect and becuase of how the game speed is it will practically stops the opponent levaing it with a mediocre board. Also a Tuner for additional uses on late game states in which special summon twice is enough due to low resources and other stuff.
