Fukato
Continuous Spell CardEffect: When this card is activated: Target 1 face-up monster you control and 1 monster in your opponent's GY whose ATK is equal to or greater than your monster; Special Summon the second target to the opponent's side of the field, and if you do, each of those monster's ATK become the combined ATK of the targets. While you control this card, those monsters cannot be destroyed by battle and are unaffected by other card effects, and they cannot be used as material for a Summon. Also, neither player takes battle damage from battles involving those monsters. When any of those monsters leave the field, destroy this card. When this card leaves the field, shuffle those monsters into the Deck. You can only control 1 "The Rival's Determination". This Continuous Spell Card is a gimmick in and of itself. It protects the monsters from every possible removal (except Kaijus). No battle damage can be taken in battles from those cards and it would usually make the opponent try to get rid of it by destroying this card. I am not sure if it is broken because of the protection it gives to the targets.
Dova
I don't understand why anyone would want to play this. What problem would it solve, or niche would it fit? In offensive decks, you've just created a wall it's virtually impossible to get across without sacrificing one of your own monsters, in combo-centric decks you've given your opponent the perfect means to get over most of your plays, and in burn/alternate win decks, this card is easily vulnerable to destruction, banishment, and practically every form of removal. Also, Kaiju vulnerability might mean that if you have said card in your hand, you could actually really buff up a monster in this gimmicky combo without much cost, but even in said case the card self-destructs even if you manage to get over the monster you've granted to your opponent. It seems interesting at a surface level, but when you look at potential applications...I don't see any.
