It kinda of a hassle to get out but the ability to further spamming out from the extra deck in many way such as get more synchros or going into xyz or even link monsters. Starclan Cluster Dragon: Level 6 / WIND / Dragon-Type / Synchro Tuner monster / 2300 Attack / 1900 Defense 1 Synchro Tuner monster + 1 or more Non-Tuner Synchro Monster(s) While you control an other Synchro monster, this card can not be targeted for attacks or card effects. Once per turn during either player's turn you can Special Summon up to 2 level 5 or lower Synchro monster(s) from your GY, the effect(s) of monster(s) summoned by this card's effect is negated then you can, target 1 Synchro monster you control and if you do; increase or decrease the level of the targeted monster by 1 until the End Phase.
