CinnamonStar
Sorry I'll have to report this thread. I just can't accept seeing something like this here. EDIT: For the people who THINK they are: You can only be sure after a diagnosis of a doctor. I mean, after all everyone has got different sides of his personality, but that doesn't always mean that you're bipolar or schizophrenic. But anyway, I just can't support this and I think this question should not be posted here.
Cyber Altair
what? there is nothing wrong with this thread?

Cyber Altair
it isn't a big deal? we aren't doing anything against the rules, we are just saying if we are bi-polar or not...
CinnamonStar
I didn't say anyone was breaking some rules, but I just think it's too much of a private question. You can't just go off and ask people about their illnesses (which manic-depressions obviously are).
Cyber Altair
if you find it as a private information and you dont want to give it fine, no one is forsced to post and answer.
CinnamonStar
I think it is and this is what I'm doing.;) Also, I'd advice everyone to be careful about the way you see yourself because as I mentionned before, the fact of having multiple sides of your personality doesn't immediately mean that you're barmy. MasterOfMagicians
For a matter of clarification,Being bipolar does not mean that you have more than one personality.Bi-polar is when you go from one extreme emotion, immediately into another.such as you are happy and go lucky, then for no reason at all you are just extremely depressed.Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) and Schizophrenia is what you are thinking of, and even those two disorders are completely different from each other.Schizophrenia is primarily delusions and hallucinations (both auditory [you hear it] and visual [you see it]).Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) also known as Dissociative Identity Disorder, is when a person displays multiple, distinct identities or personalities. You can find both on Wikipedia in the search bar and read on it.
CinnamonStar
That's what I meant before, so thanks MasterOfMagicians. Also, I'd advice you not to rely too much on wikipedia because the information published there are not always accurate and correct.
MasterOfMagicians
If you are concerned about receiving correct information you can also refer to sources such as:1) Dictionary.com or Encyclopedia.com2) Webmd.com3) google "multiple personality disorder", "bi-polar", and "schizophrenia" and read the related articles there. Basically though, while raven makes a good point on how you should word your questions when regarding mental health issues, I do not see a reason to report this post.
