Kale
that depends' date=' what theme are you going for cause now i see a little bit of everything[/quote'] that was a little bit of the point, but im up for a new strategy. my main point was to remove cards and then bring them back easy. and if they stopped me from doing that, then i would take out rainbow dark, or maniacal, or darknight. im ready to hear your opinion though, on what i should do, thats why i posted my deck. come on guys, i need your help to refine this! should i side deck some of these? Mr. Judgment Dragon
You can start by picking 1 theme and sticking to it. Out of all the themes in your deck at the moment, Monarchs are probably the way to go. Get more copies of Caius and Mobius. Get at least 2 copies of Thestalos. At least you posted 3 good monarchs. Raiza, Caius, Mobius and Thestalos are the best Monarchs in my opinion. Granmarg works better in Dark Gaia decks. Zaborg can easily backfire if you dont use it properly. If you decide to run it, only use 1. Raiza is the best Monarch because its limited and could give your opponent a dead draw. Caius is second because of its removal power. Testalos is third because it cant backfire and cuts your opponents hand. Mobius is fourth because it cant backfire and could give you a potential victory. Zaborg isnt as good as the other Monarchs but is better than Granmarg.

AnimeRenegade
THATS ALL U NEED 1 OF EACH BECAUSE TO MANY HIGH LEVELS LEAD TO DEAD DRAWS SO UU SHOULD ADD CYBER DRAGO, HYDROGEDDONN,AND THAT T-45 AND SOME STAPLES GET THESTALOS

AND WHY ARE YOU GIVING BAD ADVICE?!?!ne way, as it was previously stated, you should run monarchsthe easiest way to do this would be macro monarchs,if you wanna go this way, buy two The Dark Emperor and two Blaze of Destruction structure decks so that you get (in total) 3x Caius and 3x Thesty and 1x RaizaLook in other threads on how to run/build a macro and you'll be fine
The Dark One
Tribute monsters aren't a big deal anymore. As long as the deck is designed to efficiently use them. (eg. cards like Snipe Hunter that can discard dead draws and cards like D.D. Survivor and D-Fissure that can give you an unlimited supply of tribute material.) Ok, Zaborg used to be better than Mobius, but he is now obsolete because of Caius, there is no need for him unless you don't have 3 Caius. (In which case Mobius is actually also an option, depending on the decks your friends use/are popular in your local tournaments) Heres the basic Monarch line-up you should be using.1 Raiza3 Caius3 Thestalos You don't really need Mobius or Zaborg, and Granmarg is bad. Try trading with friends or people you know that have the monarchs before you shell out $40 on getting the ones you need in Structure decks. Also, for a Macro Monarchs build, which is probably your best option, you will need the following. 3 Dimensional Fissure2-3 Macro Cosmos(possibly) 2 Banisher of the Radiance (not always needed) 3 DD Survivor3 DD Scout Plane Cyber Valleys are great in Macro decks. JesusofChaos™
The advice you have been given is so far good, i would also like to point out that you should run 1 mirror force, 3 solemn judgements, 3 DDRs and a torrential tribute
