Effect: If this card battles a Monster throw a Coin 3 times. Increase this card's ATK/DEF by 700 Points for every Head you throw during the Damage Step only. You can treat a number of its Tail result(s) as Heads equal to number of "7 Complete" equipped to this card. When this card destroys a monster by battle you can add one "7" out of your Deck to your hand. 

 

I remade the Slot Machine that was the trademark card of Bandit Keith from the anime if anyone even remember that. I powered it up to be just as imposing in the current meta game as it was back on the day of its release... which should be not all that imposing (I hope). Also I gave the design of the Card a crappy over-spray with the Windows Paint Program which looks sorta bad. 

I decided to make it Synergies with all the old "7" cards Bandit Keith used in the anime to give it a little bit more theme also you know gamble with Coin tosses (get it? cause its a slot machine).  

The Original Design I made for this card did not have any synergy with the "7" and "7 completed" and instead had the effect that it could be removed from the graveyard to redo a coin flip which is probably 3 times more useful then Version I proposed. A even older design you just have you do 3 coin flips and for every head you would get 1000 Life Points... so yeah this card has a small history.

 

I don't expect this card to do too well but if there is anything gamebreaking about it plz tell me in the fullest of Details because I always find it hilarious when a simple seemingly harmless effect becomes a apocalypse in the Game . 

Also im sure some of you find a better way to phrase the actual effect so its simpler to read.

This card is mainly made out of Nostalgia then anything

If this card Battle, before the damage calculations: toss a coin 3 times; this card gain ATK equal to the number of Heads x700. Whenever this card activate its coin tossing effect, You can treat a number of its Tail result(s) as Heads equal to number of "7 Complete" equipped to this card, instead.

By itself its a potential 3900 ATK monster that keep on stacking. Sadly lack of protection or any utility outside being big beater

I dont think the trend of boss with protection apply to all modern bosses and for those that applied its mostly fair for its investment. While this card can be summoned by any means its also difficult to search, at worst require 2 tribute (which actually still expensive investment to this format), and dont have immediate impact other than punching stat which has many work-around even before you enter the battle phase 

So even at casual level, a light protection or at least a minor distruption effect should make this card worth the investment without being game-breaking
