Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Deck (Concept Stage)

I'm back with another Nintendo-based Deck concept, like my Fire Emblem decks from 4 years ago. This time, Xenoblade Chronicles 2. The main 3 card names you'll see are "Driver" monsters, "Blade" monsters, and "Core Crystal" Spells.

  • The "Core Crystals" allow the player to bring the "Blade" monsters from the Deck to the hand, BUT the opponent must choose the monster to add to your hand. Both the "Rare" and "Legendary Core Crystal" cards require progressively more Activation requirements to use and have higher risk-rewards when letting your opponent randomly choose. All three allow you to Special Summon "Blade" monsters by banishing them:

  • The "Blades" require "Drivers" to be on the field to Normal OR Special Summon them. Some "Blades" need SPECIFIC "Drivers". Either way, if the requirements aren't met, ore the requirements leave the field while they are on the field, the "Blades" either return to your hand, deck, or GY.

  • The "Drivers" are LIMITED cards. You can only control 3 at a time. When you summon them, you can bring out a Core Crystal from the deck, so that you can summon a Blade. Each "Driver" has a Special effect that activates only if their Character-specific "Blades" are out on the field:

All of these cards and effects are subject to critique and chane. There are also MORE on the way.
