And this time, lemme add the whole premise of this year's cards right here, at the top: For this year, the FIA added several restrictions to the cars in order to cut costs because of deadly virus that shall not be named, including the fact that none of the teams can actually make any major changes to their cars this season, and the cars are mostly updated versions of their 2020 cars. This left me at a stump of how to make the 2021 cards work, while reflecting the state of this year's rules. And the eventual answer I came up with is to not make them work. At least not together, but still have a silly win condition in there that makes it at least look like they work together in some fashion. Tl;Dr, this is not meant to be a Deck, rather it is mostly support for the 2020 cards, which can be found here: Formula 1 - 2020 Season Formula 1 Alfa Romeo C41 Machine/Pendulum/Effect/FIRE/Level 4 Pendulum Scale: 9 ATK 1700/DEF 1400 Pendulum: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Formula 1" monsters. This effect cannot be negated. All "Formula 1" monsters you control gain 500 ATK. Monster: You can banish 1 "Formula 1 Alfa Romeo C39" from your hand or Deck; Special Summon this card (from your hand). If Special Summoned this way, this card gains 300 ATK and DEF. If this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 "Formula 1" Pendulum Monster from your Main Deck, except "Formula 1 Alfa Romeo C41". You can only use each effect of "Formula 1 Alfa Romeo C41" once per turn. Formula 1 Alpha Tauri AT02 Machine/Link/Effect/WATER/Link 1 Marker: Down ATK 1200 1 "Formula 1" monster, except a Link Monster You can also Special Summon this card (from your Extra Deck) to the Extra Monster Zone by banishing 1 "Formula 1 Alpha Tauri AT01" from your hand or Deck. When this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Formula 1" monster from your Deck to a zone this card points to. While this card points to a monster, your opponent cannot target "Formula 1" monsters you control for attacks or with card effects, except that monster. When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or Spell/Trap Effect: You can Tribute the monster this card points to; Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can only use this effect of "Formula 1 Alpha Tauri AT02" once per turn. Formula 1 Alpine A521 Machine/Link/Effect/WATER/Link 3 Markers: Down-Left, Down, Down-Right ATK 2200 2+ "Formula 1" monsters You can also Link Summon this card (from your Extra Deck) by using a "Formula 1 Renault RS20" you control as the Link Material. If Link Summoned this way, this card is unaffected by other cards' effects. During your Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 "Formula 1" Link Monster from your Extra Deck so that it will be co-linked with this card, but banish it during your opponent's next Standby Phase. If this card is co-linked (Quick Effect): You can negate the effects of all monsters your opponent controls, until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of "Formula 1 Alpine A521" once per turn. Formula 1 Aston Martin AMR21 Machine/Link/Effect/WIND/Link 2 Markers: Up-Left, Up-Right ATK 1000 2 "Formula 1" monsters This co-linked card cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects. During the Main Phase, when your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can use this effect of "Formula 1 Aston Martin AMR21" a number of times per turn equal to the number of monsters co-linked to this card. If this card was Link Summoned using "Formula 1 Racing Point RP20" as material, its original ATK becomes 2400. Formula 1 Ferrari SF21 Machine/Xyz/Pendulum/Effect/FIRE/Rank 0 Pendulum Scale: 12 ATK 1800/DEF 1500 Pendulum: None 2 "Formula 1" monsters with the same Level (this card's original Rank is always treated as 5.) If you can Pendulum Summon Level 5 monsters, you can Pendulum Summon this face-up card from your Extra Deck. If this card has a "Ferrari" Pendulum Monster attached to it as a material, it gains 1000 ATK and DEF. Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; Add 1 "Formula 1" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only control 1 face-up "Formula 1 Ferrari SF21" in a monster zone. Formula 1 Haas VF-21 Machine/Ritual/Pendulum/Effect/LIGHT/Level 4 Pendulum Scale: 1 ATK 1700/DEF 1700 Pendulum: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Formula 1" monsters. This effect cannot be negated. During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 Level 4 "Formula 1" monster you control or in your hand; Ritual Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone. Then, if the card you Tributed was "Formula 1 Haas VF-20", you can destroy 1 card your opponent controls. You can only use this effect of "Formula 1 Haas VF-21" once per turn. Monster: Must be Ritual Summoned by its own Pendulum Effect. Cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects, also you take no battle damage from battles involving this card. Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When this card is flipped face-up: Your opponent must Tribute 1 monster they control (their choice). If they cannot, they take 1000 damage. Then, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Formula 1" monster from your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Formula 1 Haas VF-21" once per turn. Formula 1 McLaren MCL35M Machine/Pendulum/Effect/FIRE/Level 8 Pendulum Scale: 1 ATK 2600/DEF 1800 Pendulum: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Formula 1" monsters. This effect cannot be negated. While you control a "Formula 1" monster that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, any card sent to your opponent's GY is banished instead. Monster: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Pendulum Summoned OR Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Formula 1 McLaren MCL35" you control or face-up from your Extra Deck. This card becomes a Synchro Monster while face-up on the field. When your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 "Formula 1" monster from your hand; Negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card. You can only use this effect of "Formula 1 McLaren MCL35M" once per turn. Formula 1 Mercedes W12 Machine/Link/Effect/DARK/Link 4 Markers: Up-Left, Left, Down-Left, Down-Right ATK 3000 2+ "Formula 1" monsters, including an Xyz Monster This card's Link Summon cannot be negated. If this card was Link Summoned using "Formula 1 Mercedes W11" as a Link Material, all other "Formula 1" monsters you control become unaffected by your opponent's card effects while face-up on the field (even if this card leaves the field). If this card is co-linked, it gains one additional attack during each Battle Phase for each monster co-linked to it. During the End Phase, if this card is Extra Linked, and all Link Monsters you control (min. 1) are "Formula 1" monsters, you win the Duel. Formula 1 Red Bull RB16B Machine/Xyz/Pendulum/Effect/DARK/Rank 0 Pendulum Scale: 9 ATK 2800/DEF 2200 Pendulum: None Monster: 2 "Formula 1" monsters with the same Level (this card's original Rank is always treated as 8.) If this card has a "Red Bull" monster attached to it as a material, while this card is face-up on the field, you can Pendulum Summon up to twice per turn. When exactly 1 "Formula 1" monster you control (and no other cards) is targeted by a card effect (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card and Tribute the targeted monster; Special Summon 1 "Formula 1" monster from your Deck or GY with a different name, and if you do, that monster becomes the new target. If the target is incorrect, negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can only use this effect of "Formula 1 Red Bull RB16B" once per turn. Formula 1 Williams FW43B Machine/Tuner/Effect/WATER/Level 2 ATK 1000/DEF 300 Cannot be used as material for a Summon, except for the Summon of a "Formula 1" monster, and all other materials must also be "Formula 1" monsters. If you control a "Formula 1" monster other than "Formula 1 Williams FW43B", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card can attack directly. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Summon 1 "Formula 1" monster from your Extra Deck using the appropriate materials you control, including this card.
