Most likely going to be an evolution (like an alternative Crystal wing) but one can dream. Atributte: WIND Level: 8 Dragon/Synchro/Effect 1 Tuner + 1+non-Tuner monsters Once per turn, when a monster effect is activated on the field (Quick Effect): Negate the activation, and if you do, that monster's ATK/DEF becomes 0, also their effects are negated. Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field whose ATK is different from its original ATK; until the end of the nex turn, this card gains ATK equal to the difference between that target's current ATK and is original ATK.
