I would lower the number of tributes to 2 each. Then, add 2 staples. (probably Call of The Haunted)

Call of the haunted is a must have yeah, also good to see you don't copy people....

 

If your gonna have monarchs I'd also have some cards that can support them easily or something similar...

Call of the haunted=no no in D.D. And the idea is his tributes come back so he can tribute more.

Read Number 4. of the decklist. This deck is designed to STOP Call.

 

I'm thinking of subbing out Sakuretsu Armor for Widespread Ruin, what with the dominating Phoenix. It usually does the same job anyway.

 

 

As for taking out Monarchs: What for? There's nothing here this deck could use that would be more effective than two Monarchs. As for the lack of Monarch support... D.D Scout Plane will provide tribute fodder... again, and again, and again... and again....

 

 

 

 

And again. Get the picture? Anyway, any spare scrap can be quickly traded off for Raiza, etc. etc.
