(3) You can target 1 other card on the field and 1 card in either GY; attach them to this card as materials. 
(4) During your opponent's Main Phase or Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can detach 2 materials from this card; Special Summon 1 Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck by using this card you control as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials to the Summoned monster.)

If this card didn't have the incredibly easy alternative summoning condition this might be fair even if the 2 effect is VERY strong. Lyrilusk and level 4 decks can get this card with 2 level 4 monsters utopia and one of his buddies. Attachment removal and removing cards from the GY wayyy too much for the ease.
