Horu
Forced Acquisition Continuous Trap Card Once per turn, if a monster controlled by your opponent is destroyed by battle: Special Summon 1 monster from your opponent's GY to your side of the field. Booloomer
I love summoning monsters from my opponent's GY. Maybe it could have its' effects negated, either permanently or temporarily, as a payment of sorts?
Pommelo
You can omit the "to your side of the field" part. Whenever you say "Special Summon", it inherently means your field 100% of the time UNLESS the card states an additional "to your opponent's field" (and "side of the" is not used anymore at all, that's a pre-PSCT thing). I'm unsure about the (s) in monster(s). Problem is that there are a lot of variations for multiple attacking effects, but I dare say most if not all of them resolve 1 battle at a time. You can't destroy more than 1 monster for each battle, so, imo, you can drop the (s), the effect will simply re-apply each time it happens. About the card itself, it absolutely needs a HOPT, you can't just go Special Summoning everything you destroy, that's OP'ed as heck xD. Though I admit the balancing factor here is that this effect is mandatory, meaning that you must SS everything you destroy, whether you want it or not. Still, there are ways around this, like using the SS'ed mon as material or Tribute Summon/for cost, etc. My thinking is this card would be better balanced if 1) Had a HOPT 2) The effect was not mandatory, so you can choose if SS the destroyed monster or not. But I admit that kills the whole point of it being "forced acquisition", so I'm just saying lol

But yeah, it's essentially you taking your opponent's monsters by force. Hence the whole battle thing being necessary. I think "When" would work much better here as well. But yeah, your opponent could totally abuse the manditory effect as well by ramming their smaller monsters into you and forcing you to summon them. Maybe a SOPT would be a good option for experimental purposes then?
