Guest Supreme Gamesmaster
Imma throw something out there The door is about to colapse and the one you love is still in the room You can save him/her and you die or you can escape and he/she dies. For 90% of the people that read this Logic will say Get Out Of There. For 90% of the people that read this Emotion will say Help him/her. Now here I would go with Emotion because if I truly love them they are worth dieing for. Another one. Your parents were murdered. You found out the one who killed them. He is defensless. He can also tell people where you live so they can kill you. Logic says Spare him.Emotion says Kill Him The Winner IS: LOGIC!The reason why is If you follow Emotion you will 100% get killed! If you follow Logic there is a chance you survive. So it depends on the situation. Actually, for the second scenario, emotion wins, since if he dies, he can't tell anyone else where you live. But that decision was made logically, so I suppose logic would win there.

Kaitou Kid
@BuffSo the people on your street sell the good stuff. Well in New York doing things like that gets you killed. The bully he done come to your house lite it on fire then shoot/stab as you run out.(over exaggerated but you get the point).Where i live people are to stuborn to move on the dont chose logic or emotion but they chose the Dark side of Both. @SGYLet me redefine it to make it the he is using the cell phone and he says if you spare me you live if not Die. So all these anwers all depend on 1.What you were taught2.Your religious beliefs3.Where you live4How much exposure to the world you have(Belive it this is one)

Bloodrun
Well' date=' To come out with it; your only targeting a specific area of emotion, Not really the whole thing, pretty much meaning your biased to logic. But anyway.. That's just how I see it.Onto my opinion. =\.Being christian; Emotion basically dominates my life; As my mood depends on the holy spirit and yada yada yada. Anyway, point being, Logic provides more freedom, leaving things answered, but less lived. Emotion provides pressure, needing constant reliance and faith, but resulting in some of the more "Sunshine lollypops, and rainbows everywhere" things. (sorry, didn't know how else to put it ^_^.)Logic would win in the end, but is less of a life, In my opinion though. But uhh.. Why can't you be logical, and emotional? I mean, yeah it's about which is better, but usually being cohesive is more grand. =S.2sick~[/quote'] lol your thinking emotion, is something you have control over, and that you decide when your happy or sad, WROONGO!!!!! you have no control over emotion, which is why, sometimes, the things that make you happy, makes mad, or sad, >_> you cant relate religion, to emotion, becuase, again, it depends on how you were raised, therefore what you were taught was wrong, and right, depends on the religion you choose and then againreligion, being nothing at all, of real life, or in any case, free, freedom, you cant really consider being happy, as being logical >_>Don't shut me down or anything.. >_>I can say I have control over my emotions, as hey, Their mine. Things that make me happy aren't really interfered with other emotions. What the heck? I am thinking emotion? Look at the title, buddy, Logic or emotion.Dude, if you've ever been christian, emotion has alot to do with it. I mean, well it's hard to explain without going into a cometic preaching state. But god's spirit hits me in the way an emotion does, and rather class it as something unknown, I class it as an emotion.Exactly! Logic doesn't equal happiness =D.Breakthrough? I think so.2sick~ im not trying to yell at youbut yeah, you have no control over emotionwhat you think that makes you happy, isnt your choiceif you think about it you have no free choice what so ever logic, emotionmeh

Willieh
emotion: Irrational decisions, usually resulting in something bad. Only good for optimists. Logic: Normally leads to a good decision, usually resulting in something either neutral or good. Can be over ruled by the body's natural choice of emotion. Most people, even though they know logic usually turns out better, will go with that gut feeling. When you use your emotions, the outcome is unpredictable. Sometimes emotions are the only way to go. However, logic is better to go normally, especially when around those who over react to things that most would find unbothering.

Cyber Altair
i rely on both Logic and Common Sense which unfortunately many people don't use both. You never want to rely on Emotion or you will end up with a bullet in you heart protecting your love and then after 2 days she will be with your best friend, trust me on that. Willieh
I personally would take a bullet for a random stranger on the street. I value other people's lives more than my own, and as a result I would gladly give my life for another. I'm not suicidal though. I would not do this based on my emotions, but rather because I think that logically we should all put other's lives before our own. I'm not a christian but rather an athiest, and it would be, in my opinion, selfish of me not to take a bullet in front of another I could help. Abstract [Atrocity]
logic is where you think out your options, so you don't run into obstacles that could ruin whatever is happening...Emotion akes no time, just instict and gut feelings, displayed through whatever actions you take. It may lead to more dire consequences that logic, but is probably less safe than thinking it through... I saw, use logic when the consequences aren't dire, i.e. life and death, pregnancy, ect.Use your gut when doing something like making a trade, buying food, daily stuff that won't screw you over if you do it wrong...
