I was thinking that when they came out with Scizor. I always thought it would look just like Pinsir, but bigger, made of shiny steel, and the eyes were red and the mouth was black.

I feel Heracross and Pinsir are more of a counterpart pair than Pinsir and Scyther

Heracross and Pinsir? Not really. Scyther and Pinsir are both single type bug pokemon. They were both version exclusive generation 1 pokemon. They're found in the same place as each other in DP, but Pinsir is on Pearl and Scyther is on Diamond. They're more counterparts.

Stop beating me to what im gonna say >.<. I agree with them being more of counterparts but the otheres have a point. 1 way to solve the... Scyther + Heracross + Pinser + Scizor... who's up for that???\
