But try to pay attention pls T_T Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; negate its effects. If this card is destroyed: Change all face-up monsters on the field to face-up Defense Position. Welp, the card is stronk, I guess. Being able to OPT negate a card effect is pretty good. However, it cannot auto summon or anything... I suppose it could pass, but a HOPT would be good. You can only use each effect of "Electrio Boogaloo" once per turn.
