Lunalight Rhino Dancer - original card and artwork

Recommended Posts

Lunalight Rhino Dancer
Beast-Warrior/Fusion/Effect, 9*, DARK, ATK 3000, DEF 3000.
3 "Lunalight" monsters with different names.
If an opponent's card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can send 1 "Lunalight" monster from your Deck or Extra Deck to the GY, except "Lunalight Rhino Dancer", and if you do, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects this turn. If this card is sent to the GY, you can shuffle up to 3 of your banished "Lunalight" monsters into the Deck, then you can Special Summon 1 "Lunalight" monster from your GY. You can only use each effect of "Lunalight Rhino Dancer" once per turn.

Another Lunalight, this one somewhat of an alternative to Sabre Dancer.  The two share a number of similarities, namely Level and material requirement, but where Sabre has a blanket non-targeting protection, Rhino lets you send another Lunalight from your Deck or ED to the GY in order to protect itself.  The sending is part of the effect, so you can proc the GY effects of your Yellow Marten, Crimson Fox, Emerald Bird, etc. It can also revive either itself or another Lunalight upon its own demise or just being sent to the GY.

Artwork for this one was a bit of a pill.  I rushed on the sketch and had to spend way more time than I wanted to editing it digitally afterwards.  Thought about redrawing it from scratch but was much too lazy for that.  Satisfied with the result, but it could've been better in a number of areas.
