You can only use 1 "Calamity, Dragon Ruler of Darkness" effect per turn, and only once that turn. So these are Dragon Rulers. Seems pretty standard. The Light one can recycle your banished cards, more specifically other Rulers, while the Dark one is objectively a better version of Blaster since it takes two cards (and therefore isn't a -1) and also banishes instead of destroying. These are powerful, since they are Dragon Rulers for arguably the two best attributes in the game, but seem to be in line with the power level of the other Rulers. Just a small note: The ATK and DEF of the Dragon Rulers always adds up to 4600, so you could lower the ATK on Glowwyrm and the DEF on Calamity to 1600 to match the other Rulers. Although, since Redox is already 1600/3000 itself, I would make these 2100/2500 and 2500/2100 respectively, since none of the other Rulers use those stat lines.
