If you control Level 12 monster; you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only Special Summon "E'Rah Goddess of Despair" once per turn this way. Double any Battle damage your opponent takes from Battle involving Level 12 monster you control. Once per turn, during your opponent End Phase, if this card is in your GY; you can Special Summon up to 3 Level 1 monsters that are banished, from your Deck or either GY to your side of the field, then add this card to your hand. You cannot activate this effect while you control monster that Special Summon from the Extra Deck. If you not control Level 12 monster other than this card, send this card to the GY instead. I don't know enough about "easy level 12s" to know if this is spammable, but the revival effect is fascinating.
