Card Rating Contest - My First One

I absolutely love seeing the creativity of everyone on this site. It's so fun, that I wanted to reach out and try my hand at my first card competition/contest. Purely just for fun and to get a judgement by me based off of:

• Appearance (1 - 10)
• Effectiveness in Play? (1 - 10)
• Does it make sense? (1 - 10)
• Does it fit the theme? (1 - 10)

Our theme for this competition is...*BRING IT BACK - THE NOSTALGIA OF YUGIOH*

I want those who choose to participate to create a card that fits in with or is a continuation in a sense of the original cards of Yugioh past. Go back to that very first moment in Yugioh, playing or watching the show, and recapture the feeling when Yugioh summoned Celtic Guardian or Joey activated Time Wizard and expound on them. What if Mammoth Graveyard got an effect? What if Skull Dice had an upgrade? Let your imagination and your nostalgia run wild. If this keeps getting a lot of submissions, I'll keep it going, but I'll also close it if it dies out.

The Fallen of Skull Dice

[Normal Trap Card]

Roll six-sided die, then apply these effect depending to the result.
️ 1: Destroy 1 monster you control with the highest ATK. 
️ 2: Destroy 1 monster you opponent control with the highest ATK.
️ 3: Your opponent Draw 2 card.
️ 4: Draw 2 card.
️ 5: Return all monster you control into the Deck/Extra Deck.
️ 6: Return all monster your opponent control into the Deck/Extra Deck.
You can only activate 1 "The Fallen of Skull Dice" per turn.

The most Joey card you could ever see.

You can only activate this card when your life points are at least 3000 less than you opponent. Draw until you have 15 cards, your opponent gains life points equal to the number of cards drawn x 100. If you can't kill your opponent this turn, you lose the duel.
