Maybe it's a paper tiger, but this sure seems like a really good board-breaker.  It doesn't necessarily break a board on its own, but one resolution means you stand a fighting chance against an otherwise unstoppable board.  Especially once the Borreload Savage and Baronne bans go into effect.  This is perhaps the only truly generic card I've seen in ages that looks actually balanced.
