If they are playing tearlaments you can just mill them into oblivion using their own cards on field and in grave.

I can't remember the name of the card but basically it give your opponent one of your cards. Gives them localized tornado

Have you tried max dragon's bind? It solves almost all meta problems.

Here's an idea, play skull servant. They love sending their own cards from their deck to the grave. Actually, skull servant tearlements combind

It depends on the target for bind and the opponent's target for 1 for 1.
