LazerSwordKirbo Posted August 23 Report Share Posted August 23 ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE WELLCOME AND ENCOURAGED I want to make a TCG based around dragon's and I thought that this would be a good place to post stuff for it and get feedback. As of right now, everything is just a concept. The only thing I know for sure are that I want 2 decks that you can draw from like INSCRYPTION, with one being focused on more developmental cards and the other being focused on accomplishing your main goal. I also had the idea of bypassing a naming convention as a signifier for archetypes and instead just having a symbol to indicate the card's archetype. The "power" indicator is intended to work like levels/ranks from yugioh. The current way I have combat working in my head is that when a card declares an attack on another card it will check the "damage" value of both cards, if they have one, then depending on which one has the higher value will subtract the difference from the target's HP or Scales. Below are two example cards made in google drawings as a blueprint and example card. I also had an idea for a type of "totem" card, which would work similarly to a "klunker" from WILD FROST, but I don't have a solid idea of what the game's playmat or board will look like. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
