Kale
Its a nice card, but to make it seem more easily used i would switch the effects of the trap and spell cards. you might not be able to activate many traps at the time, and it would be hurting you to lose one and not even be able to use it with this effect... you should make the spell card effect be pay half your life points, because then people would be less likely to abuse the previous effect. thats just what i think, but the way it is deserves a: 8.8/

bury the year
OCG help (again): This card is also treated as an Aqua-Type monster. Once per turn, you may can send the bottom card of your Deck to the Graveyard. If you do, activate 1 of the following effects, based on the Type of the sent card sent to the Graveyard: - Spell Card: You can discard 1 card from your hand to add 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand.- Trap Card: By paying half of your Life Points, you can activate the effect of the card sent to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect if the card's timing is correct.- Monster Card: Destroy this card. You can Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower Fairy-Type monster with a Level equal to or less than 8 from your Graveyard. I remember finding this funny YGO article explaining why cards used "can" instead of "may"... Once again, very good, 8.5/
