Here's an OCG patch-up: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 or more Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard. The ATK and DEF of this card is equal to the number of Dragon-Type monsters removed from play x500. This card loses 200 ATK and DEF for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard.

 

Btw, it's overpowered. It could easily have 3000 ATK+, and that's a bad thing if it's a 4-Star. Make it Level 8 or so.
