Question on a "Complicated" effect i am trying to make for a card and how to word it

I am making a card with an effect that will allow "Black Luster Soldier - Soldier of Chaos" to use its Second battle effect on the same turn it resolves. i think i should do this by creating an efect that "When your monsters effect resolves that would (insert part im unsure about) it gains that effect immediately.
