Could it be to much to ask if someone could tell me how to fix the effect of this card so that it looks realistic?

[align=center]1 Dragon-Type monster + 1 WIND monster + 1 Level 7 or lower monster

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Once per turn, roll a six-sided die. If the result is 1 or 2, decrease the ATK and DEF of 1 non Dragon-Type monster your opponent controls by 1000. If the result is 3 or 4, destroy 1 non WIND monster you control. If the result is 5 or 6, remove from play 1 face-up Level 7 or lower monster on the field, excluding this card. After this effect resolves, toss a coin 3 times and apply the appropriate effect: + 1 Head: Special Summon 1 non Dragon-Type monster from either player's Graveyard to your opponent's side of the field. + 2 Heads: Increase the ATK and DEF of all face-up non WIND monsters you control by 500. + 3 Heads: Both players’ add 1 Level 7 or lower monster in their Deck to their hand.[/align]
