Make an account in tinypic or www.photobucket.com . Upload your card and then make a new thread in the CC section depending on what it is. Copy the IMG tag and paste it in the thread. Save it as a JPEG file. Now visit http://www.tinypic.com Click browse and locate your picture you just save. Now click upload after you type something for the tags.
