The PSCT is a little bit messy. You could align it using the "Silent Sword Slash" as a guideline:

Target 1 face-up "Black Luster" monster you control and banish 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your GY; the target monster gains ATK and DEF equal to the banished monster's original ATK and DEF, and if it does, until the end of this turn, it is unaffected by your opponent's card effects. This card's activation and effect cannot be negated. Other monsters you control cannot attack in the turn you activate this effect. You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Black Luster" monster from your GY or that is banished, but it cannot attack in this turn. HOPT."

Key changes

• It adds a cost for increasing an already juggernaut monster (like Black Soldiers);
• Banish and recovery banished monsters, keeping aligned to Black Soldier and Chaos archetype;
• Limit other monsters to ATK to prevent an easy 0TK
