This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand if you have 1 "Red Eyes B. Dragon" and 1 "Inferno Fire Blast" in your Graveyard. Remove from play one monster with "Red-Eyes" in it's card name to inflict 800 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points.
