Now, The pic that RacecaR siggested if fine, as well as change the Spell Symbole (that little thing that underneath the fancy japanese sign called "The Attribute") Change that to a Continuous Spell Card, which is supposed to look like a chain. Also, in the Card Descirption, that's where the effect goes, and you apparently have the ultimate monopoly card here, but useless to YUGiOH. Now, sense this card refers to DARK attribute in the title. Let's have it effect DARK monsters. So it could have something like this...Only a suggestion/// As long as this card remains Face-Up on the field, all monsters on your side of the field are treated as DARK monsters. When a DARK monster is sent from the field to the Graveyard by battle, select 1 card in your opponent's hand and remove the card from play. There, a basic effect good for a portal style card.
