Would this be too OP? image link - https://www.zerochan.net/3538175 Card text: "Banish 1 "Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode" from your Hand, then Special Summon 1 "Winged Dragon of Ra" from your Hand or Deck, ignoring its summoning conditions, then apply the following effects: • A "Winged Dragon of Ra" Special Summoned by the effect of this card gains ATK equal to the ATK of all other face-up monsters on the field (except Divine monsters) • Negate the effects of all other face-up monsters on the field, and monster effects cannot be activated (except Divine monsters) until the End Phase The activation and effect of this card cannot be negated if "Winged Dragon of Ra - Immortal Phoenix" is in your GY."
