Effect:

In order to Normal sumon this monster, you must sacrifice 3 face up DARK type monsters, and offer 2000 of your Life Points. When this monster is summoned, all face-up LIGHT type monsters are destroyed. If this monster attacks a monster in defense position, damage equal to the difference of this monster's ATK and that monster's DEF is done to your opponet's Life Points. You can special summon this monster from your graveyard by sending 3 DARK type monsters from your hand or deck to the graveyard.

This is the final version, based on constructive criticism.

still, give me your opinion.

Oh yeah and i dont own the artwork.

You are definitely right about the OCG problem; it hurts my eyes! Also, with 4500 ATK/DEF and all those powerful effects theres no way LP and 2 Tributes is going to do it. I'll correct it here with the essential addition before I continue:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 monsters. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with its own effect. When this card is Summoned, pay half your Life Points and destroy all LIGHT monsters on the field. When this card attacks with an ATK that is higher than the DEF of a Defense Position monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. When this card is sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, both players remove from play all Monster Cards in their hand and draw cards from their deck equal to the number of cards removed from play by this card's effect. When this card is in the Graveyard, you can Tribute 3 DARK monsters on your side of the field to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position.

I took out the whole face-down part because it's not really possible that way. However, it's still not really balanced. I would recommend making it's ATK no more than 4000 and it's DEF no more than 3000.

Still not enough though, and this can be fixed by changing the LP cost to a set amount (because what if someone only has 100 LP left? It would hardly be fair). I suggest between 1000 and 2000 (if it's 2000 than NO ONE should question the balance).

With these changes implemented the card is as good as perfect. On a positive note, I like the idea behind it, and the card in question could be part of some very interesting combinations. ;)
