For the Dark Dragon, The OCG was just bad and you dont understand what it is saying. Not to mention that it is a level 6, and its attack is only 2700 on your battle phase when you attack the opponent directly. And Finally, No Foolish Attack does not have to be a counter spell card. overall Supreme Mage of Chaos did a really good job. 9/10(Bad OCG for the "Dark Dragon")Dark Dragon of the Sky's effect is sorta overpowering.
