I think I did a decent job and these cards. Finding pics took a long time. I got most off of Deviant Art and Google so they're not mine. I really enjoyed making these cards and hope you like them.

Astral Magician effect:

This card can only be Summoned by using "Astral Art." You must also offer monsters whose total level stars equals 7 or more from the field or your hand. This card also counts as being FIRE element. When this card is successfully Ritual Summoned, you may search your deck for a "Star" or "Nebula" card. You can then shuffle your deck. When "Star" is active on the field, this card cannot be targeted by other monsters. When "Nebula" is on the field, this card cannot be targeted by Spell or Trap cards.

Astral Tentacle card effect:

This card cannot attack other monsters. Once per Battle Phase, you may select a Spell or Trap card on the opponent's side of the field and have your opponent flip it face-up if it is face-down, without activating it. If it is a Trap card or Continuous Spell Card, your opponent can flip it back down if it was face-down and you lose 500 Life Points. If it is an Equip Spell Card, remove it from play and your oponent loses 300 Life Points. If it is any other kind of Spell Card, it is destroyed without activation and your opponent loses 500 Life Points.

Galaxia Ruler effect:

When this card is Ritual Summoned you may Special Summon all the monsters in your hand with "Astro-" "Astral" "Cosmic" or "Space" in their names of Level 4 or lower to the field. This card gain 200 ATK for every card with "Astro-" "Astral" "Cosmic" or "Space" in its name on the field. When a card on your side of the field is attacked. you can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the attack and destroy the monster, inflicting Battle Damage equal to the difference between this card's ATK and the destroyed card's ATK. If a Counter Trap card is activated to any effects of this card, including declaring an attack, the Trap ccard is negated and destroyed and this card is removed from play no matter what the effect of the Trap was.

Light Speed Machine- Omega-9 effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only Special Summoned by removing from play 2 cards with "Light Speed Machine" in their names from your side of the field. If an attack is declared on this card, remove it from play. You may Summon this card on your next Standby Phase after removing it. If an attack is delcared on this card by a monster with 3000 ATK or more, destroy both this card and the attacking monster. This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard.

Physics Breach effect:

In each player's Standby Phase, they must roll a die and follow the result:

1: All monsters on the roller's side of the field have 500 ATK until the roller's End Phase.

2: All Spell and Trap cards on the roller's side of the field are put on the other player's side of the field. If space runs out for Spell or Trap cards, the remaining cards are shuffled back into the roller's deck.

3: The roller must remove their entire hand from play and draw 5 cards from their opponent's deck.

4: Inflict 1300 Life Points of Direct Damage to the roller's opponent. The roller takes 650 Life Points of Direct Damage.

5: All monsters on the field switch controller.

6: Roll the die again and follow the result.

Cosmic Bird effect:

When this card is Normal Summoned or Set, place it into a Spell or Trap card Zone on your side of the field. When a monster on your side of the field is desroyed and sent to the Graveyard, shuffle this card into your opponent's deck. When your opponent draws this card, your opponent must Special Summon it to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position. When this card is placed in a Monster Card Zone, you may pay 500 Life Points and destroy all cards on your side of the field to Specaial Summon "Star Phoenix" from your hand.
