You can ritual summon this card from your Extra-deck, while you have a "Dreaming Nemleria" face-up in your Extra-deck, by tributing monster(s) on your Hand or Field with level equal or exceed this card level.

While you have "Dreaming Nemleria" on the Field or Face-up in your Extra-deck: You can Shuffle 2 Banished cards from either field back to the deck; Banish Face-down 2 card from Opponent Field and/or GY.
